HR Alina Carlsson with a background from VISMA as a salary specialist wanted continuity and be able to completely hand over labour law and negotiations. As a benefit, our lectures, which are held once a quarter together with other colleagues in Sweden, provided help.

With a business with both white-collar and blue-collar workers, an office and production, there are constant questions about labour law and negotiations. There are several local trade unions in the operation and there are four trade unions represented. This means a single HR representative has a lot to deal with and often needs a sounding board to confirm what they already know.
We have assured that there are contracts of employment which are tailor made after the businesses need and requirements. We have, in conjunction with HR, dealt with commonly occurring questions, relating to leave of absence, salary, staffing companies and more. We have also negotiated with the unions.
